I have created a list of my most favorite self-care products that you should treat yourself to that I truly enjoy. I work full time outside of the home and my days are long and it can be difficult at times to unwind from a long day and transition to balancing home life. Sometimes I feel exhausted where I know I need to take time to myself every day. I think it’s an important step to add self-care time in your daily or weekly routine. It doesn’t matter how busy you are and what your schedule is. It’s something everyone should make time for.

1. Moisturizing Foot Socks

My Bullet Journal is probably the least expensive on my list but another must-have for my self-care needs. 6. Fidget Cube Toy
This gadget may be small in size but differently big on benefits. I like to use different areas of my body to help stimulate and offer my body other ways to relax and reduce tension. And this product helps me do that by relieving any stress and anxiety. Fidget toys serve as minor distractions which can help with focus, being calmer and productivity.
Epson salt baths make everything better. I add 1-2 cups in my bath depending on my tension, stress or pain level that day. I use this method to help calm my mind and Body and definitely helps improve my sleep. This is my soak the day away self-care bath.
